Geographical distance, languages, different time zones and cultural factors all represent barriers to entry into foreign manufacturing markets and create opportunities for production failure. Time tested and approved, we bridge this gap through our superior supplier network, comprehensive travel, communication processes, vendor qualification programs and intensive onsite inspection procedures.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT
MI takes responsibility for the quality of the products that you purchase. All raw materials used meet U.S. Commercial Quality requirements. We ensure the products we produce are within specifications and tolerance. We further guarantee that our products are manufactured to meet industry standards and are engineered for intended use. Our guarantee to you is our commitment to quality.

MI production staff often travel to Asia to manage projects and approve production. Additionally, all projects are inspected using a Statistically Valid Sampling methodology by our salaried staff in China. Results of these inspections are available to our customers upon request. Prior to shipment, MI reviews the results of the inspections to confirm joint approval before shipping release.

ASSEMBLY/FULFILLMENT
Although we look to Asia first for assembly of components or finished goods, on occasion assembly in Asia may not be viable. As an alternative solution, MI offers services from our facility located in Fort Worth, Texas. From inventory management to custom packaging and logistical support, we can develop and execute turnkey programs that address all your needs.
